Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@greatphysicianmarket.com
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo or video showing the issue
Resolution Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement item
- A full or partial refund, depending on the issue
In most cases, items do not need to be returned in order to process a resolution.
Manufacturer & Supplier Coverage
Some products may be covered under a manufacturer warranty or supplier-specific policy.
In these cases:
- Resolution options may vary depending on the brand or supplier
- We will assist you in coordinating the appropriate solution whenever applicable
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered by the customer
- Used, worn, or altered items
- Claims submitted outside the required timeframe
- Certain hygiene or safety-related items marked as final sale
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
Refund Processing
